This week’s episode is: The Miracle at Rush Valley.
Our heroes arrive at Rush Valley, and it is paradise as far as Winrey is concerned: auto mail heaven! Everyone there is interested in auto mail, much to the Eldric’s distress – everyone wants to study them^^; There is no arm wrestling match, but the girl with auto mail legs steals Ed’s watch^^; The reason this time is different. A famous auto mail mechanic, Dominic, gave her legs after she lost her legs and her parents and she wasn’t to repay him. Not exactly the best way to go about it, though. Winrey manages to talk her out of a life of crime. And we get another birth scene. We don’t know Dominic’s son and daughter-in-law so the impact isn’t as much, but it does make sense that Winrey might know something about delivering a baby with two doctors for parents. Dominic won’t take Winrey for an apprentice, but does find her someone to apprentice to in Rush Valley. Ed and Al are off to go visit their teacher.
