This week’s episode is: The Mysterious Sleeping Disease, Protect the Maiden’s Loving Heart.
Usagi seems to really be into late night love talk radio lately. She is surprised to hear her teacher Haruna-sensei mentioned. The next day, Haruna-sensei arrives late to school completely worn out. Within one minute of arriving, she is asleep and no one can get her awake so she is taken to a hospital. Usagi and Naru talk about the radio program they both listen to that reads people’s love letters. Usagi can’t figure out who to write to, but Naru suggests writing to her future love. When Usagi tries to do this (much to Luna’s disgust), she can’t come up with anything.
That night, a letter Naru wrote is read on the program. The next day, Naru falls asleep and won’t wake up right after putting on a flower broach that she got from the radio station – the same broach that Haruna-sensei had on. Usagi even falls asleep when she gets too close to the broach. She has a nice dreamĀ about Tuxedo Kamen, which Luna interrupts at the best part. Luna becomes suspicious, especially when the radio program is not listed in the paper’s schedule and no one at the station knows anything about the program either.
Luna is right to be suspicious. It is Jadeite with the assistance of another minion collecting energy again. To get into the station, Luna gives Usagi a pin that can change her appearance. After changing into a reporter, Usagi goes in and confronts Jadeite and his helper. That doesn’t go so well, so she transforms into Sailor Moon. She is able to take care of the minion, but Jadiete is another matter. Jadite decides to retreat for the day after Tuxedo Kamen shows up. The next day, following Luna’s advice, Usagi starts another love letter, this one to be handed directly to Tuxedo Kamen, much to the interest of Naru and Haruna-sensei who are back.
