First, yesterday I went through and changed Argo to Arago and Shuten to Shiten in older Samurai Trooper posts, since this is probably more accurate.
Today’s episode is: The Shining White Armor.
In which we have tons of Ryo angsting again. This time, he feels guilty that the other Troopers get drained every time he uses their armor (along with his) to form the white armor. And this with Ryo still taking the brunt of everything from attacks to exhaustion. Well, when you’re not your best physically, you often aren’t your best mentally or emotionally either. So Ryo goes off to be alone. This gives Sarenbo the perfect chance to get Ryo. He lures Ryo to Tokyo Bay all by himself. Thankfully, Jun was on his way to visit everyone (he was bored) and thought it strange that Ryo didn’t notice him. Touma quickly figures out what happened, and even Shuu thinks Ryo is being reckless, which is saying something^^;
Meanwhile, Ryo is no match for Sarenbo. Thankfully, Byakuen is with him, but Sarenbo gets him tangled up in rope. This makes Ryo mad, but he is still no match for Sarenbo, and he is knocked unconscious and taken under water. Jun notices Byakuen’s cries when they arrive in Tokyo, but before the other Troopers can investigate, demons attack. Meanwhile, Sarenbo tries to drive Ryo’s virtue out of his armor. Each time an arm or leg is washed in evil energy, one of the other Troopers is affected. But when Sarenbo reaches Ryo’s head, Ryo doesn’t disappear, leaving a virtueless a armor, but Kaosu did his work too well. Ryo’s virtue is activated and calls the other armors. Sarenbo is finally blown away for good by the power of the white armor, but Ryo’s swords are damaged, not to mention Ryo is drained again. How will Ryo fight now?
